We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting SESCO LLC’s waste disposal services to achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, property managers, and municipalities, through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their waste disposal needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct consultations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase SESCO LLC’s services, emphasizing cost savings, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate service contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and SESCO LLC.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in waste management, environmental services, or a related industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Wastelinq), CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics365) and Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of waste management or environmental services is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

  • Competitive base salary of $42,000/yr plus uncapped commission structure.
